The merchant can ask to the integration manager to resend the temporary password for the first access to the Merchant Portal if:
- you didn't received the Email with temporary password and didn't be able to make the 1st login to the Merchant Portal
Please check always your spam inbox, sometimes the mail can go there.
- you didn't use temporary password in the next 24 hours after receiving the Email. The temporary password sent by Email remains valid only for 24 hours.
